Rates include per room: use of our tennis courts for half an hour each day from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. and from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. (on request) - Use of the equipment in our gym - Mini-club (Italian Staff) open from June 11th up to September 4th - Unattended car park – WI-FI technology in our lounge areas, Sauna and Jacuzzi in the Wellness Center.
Swimming Pool: Free use, guests only. From May to September, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Beach Service: Free of charge, per room includes: 1 umbrella, 1 deck-chair, 1 long-chair from May to September from 9 am to 6 pm. Service is not included on the departure day.
ARRIVAL: Rooms will be available after 4 p.m. - DEPARTURE: Rooms must be freed by 11 a.m.
City Tax excluded: Euro 2,00 per person per night for the first 5 nights of stay to pay at time of check out.

Cottage
Two-roomed flat of about 40 m2 with max 4 bed, with detached entrance and courtyard. It is composed by 1 twin/double room, living room with 2 chair-beds, kitchen area and bathroom with shower.
Equipment
Air-conditioning/heating, telephone (external line), satellite TV, Sky programme, pay-per-view, glasses, plates, cutlery, pots and pans, fridge-freezer, washing machine, electric iron and ironing board, clothes horse and garden furniture in the courtyard.
Minimum lent of Stay
from June to August arrival and departure on Fridays
during the season, the Management reserves the right to apply restrictions
on the length of stay
General Conditions
Tariffs include: furnished and equipped Cottage rental, opening cleaning, air-conditioning/heating, electricity and water consumption, parking space (unattended), VAT, beach entrance with 1 beach umbrella, 1 long chair, 1deck-chair (not included the day of the arrival but included the day of the departure), free outdoor Hotel swimming pool entrance (only for registered guests), mini-club (from June 11th to September 4th).
Tariffs do not include: bed-bathroom-table linen, cleaning Cottage, washing-up.
Payment: 50% at the booking time, the difference have to be settle at check-in and Euro 200 per Cottage as deposit (repayable). Euro 100 per Cottage as compulsory final cleaning charge.
Our Cottages are available after 16.00 p.m. and have to be left free by 12.00 a.m. (departure day).
No refunds are given in case of early departure.
It is possible an arrangement with the Restaurant of the Hotel to have half of full board.
Pets: not allowed.
Inside parking space (unattended) and only for the registered car when at the check-in (it is not possible for temporary guests cars).
